Catering packages
A deposit is collected when you confirm your booking. The remaining balance is charged after the event.

Your payment method is authorized for the minimum guarantee. The actual amount is charged after the event based on real sales.
Venues & hourly services
Charged according to the provider's terms — typically a deposit upfront and balance after.
