How do tabs work?
Start a tab with the guest’s card. Rounds go on the tab from any register, and the guest tips when they close out. Tabs still open at the end of the night close on the saved card with the gratuity you choose.
Can I run happy hour or a weekly special?
Yes. Give any item a special price with days and hours, like Monday to Friday from 3 to 6. It switches on and off by itself on the register, the kiosk and online.
How do theft alerts work?
Our readers watch for the patterns that cost bars money, like cancelling a card at the tip screen and then clearing the cart, or a run of cancels in a few minutes. Each one shows up with the taps that led to it, grouped by bartender and shift, and the worst ones text you right away. A declined card or a reader that dropped is marked as explained.
Can I see sales by bartender?
Yes. Each bartender signs in with a PIN, and sales and tips show up under their name in real time and in your reports.
