Streamline Your Events with Toast

If you use Toast POS for your food truck or catering business, you can connect it to Eventini to streamline event service and automatically sync sales data.

How to Connect

    Open Provider Settings

    In the Eventini Provider app, go to Settings > Integrations.

    Select Toast POS

    Tap "Connect" next to Toast POS.

    Log in to Toast

    Enter your Toast credentials to authorize the connection.

  4. 4

    Configure event tracking

    Choose how Eventini bookings appear in your Toast system.

Using Toast at Events

Once connected, when you start an Eventini event:

  • An event will be created in Toast automatically
  • Sales ring up as normal on your Toast device
  • Totals sync to Eventini in real-time
  • Event closeout happens automatically
