Eventini is built on trust. Our community policies ensure that hosts find reliable providers, and providers work with respectful hosts. Here's what we expect from everyone.

For All Users

Respect & Honesty

  • Treat everyone with respect and professionalism
  • Communicate honestly and promptly
  • Honor your commitments and bookings
  • Provide accurate information in your profile

For Hosts

  • Provide accurate event details and guest counts
  • Ensure your venue is accessible and suitable for providers
  • Pay providers promptly and in full
  • Leave fair and honest reviews

For Providers

  • Keep your calendar and availability accurate
  • Respond to requests within 24 hours
  • Deliver the services you promised
  • Maintain required licenses and insurance

Zero Tolerance

The following will result in immediate account suspension:

  • • Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
  • • Fraud or misrepresentation
  • • Attempting to circumvent Eventini payments
  • • Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations
  • • Operating without required licenses or insurance

Reporting Issues

If you experience a policy violation or safety concern:

  • Report through the app (tap the "..." menu on any profile or booking)
  • Email support@eventini.io with details
  • All reports are reviewed within 24 hours
