MOR is a hands-on, ingredient-forward bakery working out of our dedicated gluten-free kitchen in Milwaukee. We don’t share equipment or production lines — everything is created from scratch, and we bake with whole gluten-free grains because it matters to us that your treats don’t just taste good; they nourish your body too.
We look at each recipe and create the best version we can, always asking who else we can invite to the table. Being welcomed should be for all, not just some — so whenever possible, we build recipes that include more people without compromising flavor or craft.
We create with curiosity. Some items stay for years; others appear for a short season. Developing new flavors is part of the craft, and part of the joy.

Picking Up Your Order
Madison pre-order pickups happen at Bavaria Sausage, 6317 Nesbitt Rd., Fitchburg. Choose your pickup day at checkout; your order will be packaged and labeled with your name. You’ll receive an email receipt once your order is finalized.
