Italian sausage and onion, named after the late Scott Bucholtz, husband to Nadia and father to Zachary, Austin and Bianca. Scott passed away in 2017 after a prolonged battle with melanoma. He was a pizza connoisseur with a strict code: every time he tried a new pizzeria — to make a fair, apples-to-apples comparison — he'd order a sausage-and-onion pizza. When Nadi Plates in June 2022, the first order was…you guessed it…The Scotty.
